We do not use tracking pixels, behavioral advertising, or third-party analytics platforms that profile you across the web.
2. How We Use Your Information
The information you share is used solely to:
- Respond to your project inquiry and provide a quote
- Complete the mixing and mastering work you've commissioned
- Communicate project updates, revisions, and delivery
- Process payment and maintain basic business records
- Improve how we work with future clients (in aggregate, never identifying)
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information or audio files with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
3. Audio Files & Project Confidentiality
We understand that unreleased music is sensitive. Audio files you share with us are:
- Used exclusively to complete your project
- Kept confidential and not shared with any third party without your consent
- Not used for any purpose other than the services you've engaged us for
- Deleted or returned upon your request after project completion
We may retain completed project files for a reasonable period (typically up to 12 months) in case revisions are needed, after which they are deleted unless you request otherwise.
4. Contact Form & Website
Our website contact form is powered by Netlify. When you submit a form, your submission is processed by Netlify and forwarded to us. Please review Netlify's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle form data.
Our website does not use cookies beyond what is technically necessary to serve pages. We do not run advertising networks or sell data to data brokers.
5. Email Communications
When you email us or submit a contact form, we retain that correspondence for the purposes of managing our client relationships and completing project work. We do not add you to any marketing list without your explicit consent.
If you receive an email from us that you didn't expect, please reach out and we'll remove you from any future correspondence.

8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
